Our April Guest Designer is Brett Weldele!!!

Brett Weldele is an Eisner-nominated comic book painter and New York Times Bestselling Author. He’s probably best known for co-creating the hit comic book THE SURROGATES, which was adapted into the 2009 film starring Bruce Willis. His recent projects include working with Shrek producer Aron Warner on PARIAH for Dark Horse, THE BEAUTY for Image Comics, VAMPIRELLA 1969 for Dynamite and THE HAMMER TRINITY for The Arsht Center in Miami. Weldele also has a craft product line, THE ART OF BRETT WELDELE through Stampers Anonymous which includes rubber stamps and stencils.

Our April Guest Designer is Wendy Vecchi - Ranger & Stampers Anonymous Signature Designer!!

Wendy Vecchi is a full time artist/designer/educator and owner of studio 490.

She is a signature designer for Ranger, and Stampers Anonymous and a past member the Tim Holtz and Maya Road design teams. In addition to designing rubber stamps, stencils, embossing pastes, archival inks and embossing powders, she loves discovering new techniques & she loves to use those techniques to make art. Wendy travels to demo and teach at stores and events across the country. She has been published in numerous publications and was the guest instructor for the Artful Voyage in Mexico with Tim Holtz, in October of 2009. 

Her style is unique and eclectic with an exceptional attention to detail and a fresh approach to the creative spirit. She shares her love of techniques on her blog and reminds you that whatever you do each day just – "Make Art!".

Meet Our May Guest Designer - Dina Wakley

Dina is a Ranger Signature Designer. She lives in Arizona with her husband and 3 boys (affectionately termed “the fellas”). With a love of teaching and traveling, Dina travels the world to teach and share her art passion with students on every continent. When not on a plane, train or automobile, Dina volunteers as a docent at the Phoenix Art Museum, giving school kids tours of the collections and getting them excited about art. Dina’s passion can be felt in this quote about herself – “Art fuels me, comforts me, permeates me.”

Dina made a gorgeous piece for our Flower Challenge.
